Covered the entire scope of BCM, albeit light on CM. Too focused on compliance towards ISO, which is not relevant enough for a business. Customer concerns are more in focus, and recent studies (e.g. by The BCI show a great increase in demand of BCM). From my side, the arguments should be made from the following perspectives: Customer, business/operations, ISO adherence and best practice
